So what is shakeology? Shakeology is a meal replacement shake that you can mix with water, soy milk, milk, almond milk, fruit, etc. There are three flavors: Chocolate (my fav), Tropical Strawberry and Greenberry. It only has about 140 calories, 17g of protein, 1g of fat. It has literally balanced my body out, I no longer feel tired or lazy, I am awake and alert right when I wake up. We spend so much of our time and money into things such as rent, mortgage, clothes, cars, etc. and we prioritize those things as important. For Chris and I, Shakeology was what got us into Beachbody to start with. After struggling with depression from the age of 12 on up, we have always been trying and searching for a natural cure.
